REFLECTIONS DANCE BIRTHDAY PARTY – STUDIO RENTAL & DANCE INTRUCTION PACKAGES

$150 ($135*) – Includes ½ hour Dance Instruction class and 1 hour of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 1.5 hrs total.

$175 ($157.50*) - Includes 45 min Dance Instruction class and 45 min min of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 1.5 hrs total.

$200 ($180*) – Includes 1 hour Dance Instruction class and 1 hour of free time in the studio for your own games, cake, gifts etc. for 2 hrs total.

• These rates and guidelines are subject to change.
• Book far in advance to asure availablility.
• Resevervations require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
• The rates include up to 10 guests but for 10-20 (max) guests add $10 per guest.
• Cake, snacks & drinks basic we can do if you add $5 per guest (otherwise you can do it also). $25 add for us to do basic decorations (otherwise you can come 1/2 hr. ahead to decorate if needed)
• The rates include 1/2 hr prep time before and 1/2 hr clean up time after. Add $25 for ea. extra 1/2 hr.
• This rental assumes you would do a basic clean up leaving the studio the same way you came. You can use our cleaning supplies, dry and wet mops if/as needed.
• If you want to leave the cleaning to us just include an extra $25.
• Add $25 if you want everyone to use and dress up in our costumes.
• Add $20 per hour for an extra assistant to help you with whatever you need done.
• Add $25 if you want to use the big screen projector for audio visual.
• Add $50 if you want us to photo your event and put a min of 100 high quality photos on a cd for you.
• Add $75 if you want us to video your event and put it on a DVD.
• You can let us know if you want the Birthday theme music and dance to be more Disney like Ballet Princess or rather more Jazz / Hip Hop like. We can make other variations of themes.
• The music, dance and instruction will be age appropriate.
• The Birthday package also includes a surprize gift for the Birthday child from Reflections School of Dance (like a water bottle, dance bag or T-shirt etc...)

Studio times available are most Sat. & Sun afternoons and eves (except 2 & 4th Sun of the month eves) and weekday mid days.

Of course if any new students come here and sign up for class you can always take our referral discount for that.
