Jennifer Greene

Ms Jenny will be teaching 2008-09:

• Ballet / Pre-Pointe technique Tues. 7-8pm
• Ballet / Pointe Tues. 8-9 PM & Thurs. 7:30-9 PM

We are so blessed and privileged to have Jennifer as our new Interim Ballet / Pointe Teacher. She comes to us with an extensive background experience in teaching Dance and Pointe for over 30 years. This summer after 30 years of a very successful time at her own studio North Cascade/Everett Dance Theatre she has now closed it's doors and we are so thankful for her coming to us at this time.

Jennifer Greene is a member of Dance Educators of America. Ms. Jenny has studied ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and Hawaiian with Janice Gallatly, Dorothy Fischer, Nadine Snyder, and Mary Price Boday. She has studied in Portland, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas. Jenny has taught for North Cascade/Everett Dance Theatre since its inception. She continues to keep up with current dance techniques by attending dance seminars. Miss Jenny's former students have performed all over the world with Ballet Trocadero de Monte Carlo, Paul Taylor Dance Company and The Royal Winnepeg Ballet. Other students have gone on to work in dance fields such as teaching and dance therapies. Her musical theatre choreography includes Pippen, Bye Bye Birdie, Guys and Dolls, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, and Hello Dolly!. Jenny also choreographed for years her annual A Storybook Nutcracker production.
