Before Samantha could even walk, she began to dance. She has taken dance classes since the age of two, and continues to further her dance education. Samantha's main training was received under the careful instruction of the following establishments: Cornerstone Studio, Ballet Bellevue, Reflections School of Dance, and Emerald Ballet Theatre.

Nutcracker has been an annual part of her life since December 2000; the roles she has played (many on multiple occasions) include: Marzipan/Flutes, Clara, Snowflake, Snowflake Soloist, Russian, Spanish, Mouse Queen, Flower, and Doll. She has also had the privilege of dancing main roles in Emerald Ballet Theatre's original production “The Mermaid”. Samantha spent one year apprenticing for Cerulean Dance company, and became a member for the two years following.

Samantha has attended many dance workshops, including: Manhattan Dance Project, Hollywood Vibe, and Ad Deum Dance Company's Summer Intensive in Houston, Texas.

Dance is her first passion; however, she enjoys many other things such as photography, creating and listening to music, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family. The life goal she has set for herself is to make an impact wherever she goes, in whatever she does; and hopes to share the talents the Lord has blessed her with.

Currently, in addition to teaching at Reflections, Samantha is a full-time student at Seattle Pacific University with the goal of earning a degree in Visual Communications.
